Founder & Partner
Samina Rizwan is the CEO and Founder/Partner of The CalmKaaj Network, a coworking and professional services provider for the community. Samina joined Oracle Corporation in 2001 as Managing Director, South Asia Growth Economies, and established Oracle’s presence in Pakistan, which led to Pakistan’s leadership of other countries in the region.

Sheraz Karim
Founder & Partner
Sheraz heads the Human Resources and Administration of Transworld Group of Companies in Pakistan. Transworld is Pakistan’s only private sector organization with exclusive ownership of submarine fiber optic cable networks which makes it the leading connectivity provider in Pakistan. Transworld subsidiaries are Transworld Enterprise services and Transworld Media.

Taimur Nawaz
Founder & Partner
Taimur is the Director Business Development & Head of Marketing at Transworld Associates. Previously, he has served as VP Commercial at Transworld Enterprise Division where he looked after consumer business for “Fiber to the Home” for Pakistan. Transworld is a tier one network operator delivering internet bandwidth to Pakistan’s top cellular mobile operators, ISPs, corporate organizations, and hundreds of small and medium enterprises through its undersea submarine cables.

Zeb Ayaz
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Zeb provides oversight to CalmKaaj operations and ensures the network members have a delightful user experience. From a strategic perspective, Zeb own’s CalmKaaj’s long term strategic plan and drives growth as per the strategy approved by the Board. Finally, Zeb is responsible for establishing partnerships, obtaining funding for projects, contributing to the communities that CalmKaaj touches, and generally supporting the business to a sustainable level with built-in growth capacity.

Shayan Qureshi
Operations & Project Manager

He oversees client interactions and fosters strong relationships which help him consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
